This package includes - 1 team member at your location for 4 hours, and follow-up email support (excluding subsistence and travel).

Our Site Visit package is designed for organisations and businesses that require one of our team to provide project support, maintenance or training at your location.


This package includes - 1 team member at your location for 8 hours, and follow-up email support (excluding subsistence and travel).

Research & Planning Meeting

We are often faced with the difficulty of determining whether a customer is genuine or simply engaging us as part of their information, research and quote gathering process. Because being part of this process for customers can result in a range of extensive meetings, our Research & Planning Meeting service is specifically designed to help maximize the productivity of our team and protect the expectations of current customers.


This package includes - A one hour person to person meeting with an appropriate team member, along with ongoing email support, and bespoke on-line demonstrations. This is a flat fee including travel and subsistence within the United Kingdom. The price of this package is refundable against the costs of other packages subsequently purchased from Mirata Ltd.
